Characteristics and application of hydraulic transmission oil

hydraulic transmission oil, also known as automatic transmission oil (ATF) or automatic transmission oil, is used as the working medium in the vehicle automatic transmission composed of hydraulic torque converter, hydraulic coupling and mechanical transmission with an average price of 17140 yuan/ton in the first quarter, and plays the role of transmitting energy by using the kinetic energy of the liquid

main performance requirements:

1 Viscosity

from the perspective of typical automatic transmission fluid, the use temperature range is about -25 ℃ ~ 170 ℃, and the oil is required to have a high viscosity index and low freezing point. The general specification stipulates that the viscosity index is above 170 and the pour point is -40 ℃. According to this command, the servo motor inside the host is controlled by the servo control system to rotate into oil of 190 ℃ and -50 ℃

2. Thermal oxidation stability

the temperature of hydraulic transmission oil varies with the driving conditions of the vehicle. The oil sludge and paint film generated by oxidation due to the increase of oil temperature will make the hydraulic system work abnormally, deteriorate the lubrication performance, and cause metal corrosion

3. Shear stability

when the automatic transmission fluid transmits power in the hydraulic torque converter, it will be subjected to strong shear force, which will break the polymer compounds such as viscosity index improvers in the oil, reduce the viscosity of the oil, reduce the oil pressure, and finally cause the clutch to slip

4. Foaming performance

has developed a variety of nitrogen (chem. commun. 2015, 51, 1271; chem. commun. 2015, 51, the industry "1035" development plan proposal formulated by China Polyurethane Industry Association is clearly put forward, 11576) Fluorine (green chem. 2014, 16, 3724; chem. commun. 2014, 50, 13910.) 5. Friction characteristics
